Sprinkle the seed into a thin layer on the seedgrill and rinse it gently under the tap.
Fill the glass bowl with water to the bottom of the grill and place it in a dark room with a normal room temperature (20-22C).
Change the water every day.
You can also fill an plastic box with wet cotton wool and sprinkle the seeds on top of the cotton wool.
Keep the cotton wool well moist and you can enjoy your own grown sprouting vegetables.
After 5 days one can eat the seed sprouts (which are 3-5 cm tall).
